Philadelphia Commercial offers negotiated national pricing to HTA for our medical office portfolio. Flooring products specified on this site are well suited for the medical office environment and are supported by a national team of product specialists.
To assist with the finish selection process, HTA has developed three sample finish palettes for your team to consider or to use as a launching point for your finish selections.
The site is divided into Common Area and Tenant Improvement sections to assist with your selections. The Common Area tab consists of carpet tile, LVT and porcelain tile options. The Tenant Improvement section has 3 different levels of finishes (based on price point). Please visit each of these sections to see various color palettes. All of these items have been pre approved.
